Sentimental Journey
Scrapbooking 1982...it's sentimental enough, but these photos are too wonderful not to post on the blog! I'ts when Tim and his family came to visit from Washington and just before they moved to Alaska. There is some pretty interesting body language going on! Thank goodness Ken and Judi had a camera...to capture some of our family history moments!

I love these. Thanks for sharing.
What amazes me is that we can look at these pictures and say yes, that's a long time ago. Aside from everyone looking young, the quality of the pictures isn't what it is today. This will not be the case for our kids who, when they are our ages, won't have the luxury of dating photos based on quality.
i took the top picture. notice i'm leaning behind robby with the remote cable in my hand.
You're right no video--and it does look like Ike has a rubber squeeze thing and he's taking the shot. I love these pix, though...hard to imagine all that has happened in these past 27 years--alot of livin'!
i'm smiling as i look in on your family history ... i don't even feel like i'm intruding ... :o)
i read your post about the break in ... that is a puzzle eh ... was it a one legged burgler to take your one sandal? sheesh, eh ... and did they have to make such a mess? ... that would help me in the decluttering of life - but it certainly is one of those odd violations of ones personal stuff ... hope you guys are doing ok - and as you say, hearing God's voice through what seems to be a senseless act ...
big ((hugs)) to you ...
Thank you Saija! Yes, a huge mess--but I've since cleaned out my closets and drawers--feels so much better I find myself missing pieces of jewelry, but then it takes the worry out of dressing every morning! Blessings to you!
